​Prompt. Great. Service.

We went up to our place in Delavan - after not being there for six weeks due to my wife's knee surgery - to find out attic had become a racoon motel. I gave brief thought about trying to attempt the capture and clean-up myself. Thank goodness I chose to contact Branden. Branden came out THAT DAY - A SUNDAY! He assessed the situation and set traps. This man is so knowledgeable about wildlife removal! It took a few days, but the raccoons were removed from the attic. Branden then put up a thin paper barrier and left it there to make sure there was no further 'traffic.' Then the real work began. The raccoons tore up much of the insulation that covered the rear of the house and used another area for their bathroom. Branden assessed the situation, cleaned it all up, disinfected and sanitized the entire area. The situation was so bad that this process took two full days.

 

Branden is very trustworthy, upfront, honest, dependable, knowledgeable, AND affordable. He did a great job and at a reasonable price. He also gave us suggestions on how to make some changes that would make access to our attic more difficult. I am so impressed by this man's character, service and price.

Branden was extremely professional on his humane capture of a bat that made its way into our fireplace. After capturing, he went around inside the house and attics and around the outside, looking for possible entry points and if there were any signs of more little friends. Luckily this seemed like a one off thing. He gave suggestions on what he saw on the outside of the house to help mitigate any more from coming inside in the future.

I had a great experience with Dennison Wildlife and specifically Branden. I started noticing a faint smell in my Mustang that grew significantly worse over a few days. I checked everywhere—under the hood, tires, wheel wells, and trunk—and couldn’t find the source.

While about 20 miles from home and still dealing with the smell, we finally looked all the way underneath the car and discovered a very dead carcass dangling. I drove another 20 miles home with it still there and immediately called Dennison Wildlife.

Branden was incredibly responsive—he arrived at my Lake County home within an hour. He was professional, up for the challenge, and had everything taken care of quickly and efficiently.

After a thorough cleanup (and a much-needed under-carriage wash at Fast Eddie’s), my Mustang is back to normal like nothing ever happened.

Branden did a very thorough bat inspection and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
